M.R Non-silicone Emulsion is a Mould Release Agent for Rubber and Plastic Industries. In Rubber Ind. like tyres, Tubes, Fan belts, Hoses, Gaskets and many other Rubber parts, M.R. Non-silicone Emulsion acts as an efficient and economical release, and shining Agent.


Properties:

M.R. Non-silicone EMULSION does not gum, or form carbonaceous deposits that build up on process equipment to cause expensive product rejection.

Release is complete, clean and surface finishes are blemish free and sharp in details. It improves safety and working conditions and acts an antis tick material and eliminates need. It is even non-volute and oxidation resistant.


Method of Applications:

Before applying M.R. Non-silicone Emulsion the mould should be completely wetted which assures a continuous, stable Parting film and helps minimize cost per moldings. Thus it eliminates sticking in extruders, moulds, calendars, and other equipment’s throughout the rubber processing Operation.

The technique for applying M.R. NON-SILICONE EMULSION varies because of deference in production equipment. M.R. NON-SILICONE EMULSION may spray automatically or applied manually by swabbing, wiping, dipping or hand spraying.

Non- Silicone Defoamer

A Non-Silicone Defoamer is an antifoaming agent for the jet. Overflow jet high-temperature processing.

Application:

Ns defoamer must be diluted with cold water in the
Ratio 2 : 10. Stock solution need to be stirred before use.
Ns defoamer is used as a, foam preventative. It can be used to supress the foam already present in the water. The products can be used in all type of machinery although it’s strong point is for use in jet high temperature equipment. The diluted product can be added directly to the water.The application quantities depend on the composition of the treatment both temperature type of equipment however in general .
